We work on the lifecycle of innovation and cover all the issues that arise between a payer and an innovator during the process of accessing the market. We provide modeling and analytical expertise to support market access strategies and negotiations, redaction of value dossiers and preparation of health technology assessment (HTA) submissions.

We help our client to gather and interpret the appropriate evidence. We build cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models and population health impact models. We also provide analytic knowhow in the designing of risk-sharing agreements (financial-based and outcome-based).

In particular, we help market access, health economics, outcomes research, and pricing and reimbursement functions to develop decision-analytic models. We also help market research and finance functions to conceive forecasting models to understand the financial implications of specific market-access strategies, such as risk-sharing agreements.

We have the ability to communicate and collaborate with academic experts. From our experience, we understand the different needs of various stakeholders within a biopharm compagny. Therefore, we can also communicate and collaborate with other functions at the Global or Affiliate level (i.e. supporting the pricing and reimbursement process).
